Serving Sizes
The recommended daily serving size is generally anywhere from a 1/2 ounce to 2 ounces a day, but it's only food so it's not like a person is going to overdose. A 1/2 ounce is a serving size for those who are already quite healthy. For those with more serious health conditions, you're probably looking at 2 ounces daily, or even 3-4. The more resources (energy and nutrients) that you can provide for the body, the more it has to work with, and the greater the results you'll see. For the first week of using FrequenSea however, you might want to stick to just 1 ounce. Starting too quickly can sometimes result in some pretty uncomfortable detoxing for those individuals who have had poor eating habits in the past. This might not apply to you if you're already a fairly healthy eater. Classically, the symptoms of detoxing are usually various body aches, fatigue, headaches, sweating, skin abnormalities, diarrhea/constipation, fevers and negative mentalities.

Do Supplement Facts Actually Matter?
Supplement facts listed on packaged products tend to ignore the fact that there are:

Healthy fats (natural/essential fatty acids/lipids), and unhealthy fats (highly processed/hydrogenated).
Healthy sugars (plant based/saccharides), and unhealthy sugars (refined/artificial).
Healthy proteins (amino acids), and unhealthy proteins (altered by over processing).
Healthy carbohydrates (naturally occurring), and unhealthy carbohydrates (modified).
Healthy cholesterol (naturally occuring), and unhealthy cholesterol (damaged/overly processed).
Healthy vitamins (photosynthesized/carbon-bond/organic), and unhealthy vitamins (chemically made/synthetic/inorganic).
Healthy salt (unaltered sea salt with minerals), and unhealthy salt (refined/table/sodium chloride).

Our body and cells require the healthy ones in order to function properly because our cells, their outer membranes, and receptors, are literally made of fats, sugars, proteins, and cholesterol.

Cell Membrane

Since our cells are largely made up of fats/lipids, and these fats are highly necessary for proper cellular functioning, going on a low/no fat diet is not the wisest thing to do. We need to get it out of our heads that "fat makes us fat", when in fact it's overly processed damaged nutrients (fats included) that contribute to this problem.

All that's necessary is to read ingredient listings, and eat the products with natural ingredients. This whole nutritional guideline thing has gotten way out of hand and is far more complicated than it needs to be. All we have to do is eat natural foods, as they appear in nature, and a great deal of our health problems will disappear (because those diseases are the result of unnatural "foods").

Nutrition FactsWhen a supplement fact label on a product says it contains a certain percentage of your required daily intake of a particular nutrient, that percentage doesn't take into consideration whether the ingredients are pure and natural, a person's individual body size or weight, a person's unique genetic metabolic profile and nutritional needs, or a person's current state of health.

Everybody has different eating habits and eats different foods, so everybody will have different nutritional deficiencies and requirements. The percentage numbers shown on such food labels are very loose estimates, and will only properly apply to a very small amount of people, if anybody at all.

How Soon for Results?
Remember, the body can't create an entire body's worth of all new healthy cells in one day. Cells replicate fast, but not that fast. You're looking at about 3 months for a good portion of your body to be turned over anew, and a year for nearly the whole thing. If you eat a purely healthy diet for that amount of time, you're basically looking at having an all new body built of top quality materials, and optimally functioning cells. So, that's why it's recommended that one gives FrequenSea a solid 3 month try. One bottle may or may not show you the changes you're looking for. Personally, I'm really quite healthy and I still usually use 1-2 ounces a day just because I want this mind and body to be as healthy as possible so I can help others to my utmost potential. The money to pay for the product can be made easily when you have the health and energy to do the work required to make the money.
